基于环境和谐农药这一理念的不断发展,从植物资源中寻找抑菌活性物质或先导化合物,开发植物源杀菌剂是当前新农药研究开发的一条重要途径。前期研究表明万寿菊根部位的提取物中有较高的抑菌活性物质,但是关于万寿菊根中抑菌化学成分的研究未见报道,鉴于此我们对万寿菊根中抑菌化学成分进行了进一步的研究,取得了以下结果。                           

1.采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取了万寿菊根的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱对其化学成分进行了分析,初步分析出10个化学成分。挥发油对几种植物病原菌的抑菌活性作用作了研究,抑菌实验采用菌落直径法,研究结果表明:万寿菊根的挥发油中含有抑菌活性物质,该试验可为开发新的杀菌剂提供有价值的参考。

2.通过对万寿菊根乙醚萃取物乳油制剂的研究,初步筛选出较好的配方组合:万寿菊根萃取物(10%)、溶剂(80%)、乳化剂(10%)(Tween-80OP-10)。

3.万寿菊根的乙醚萃取物乳油对供试的西瓜枯萎病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用。同时,经对西瓜幼苗根和叶的酶活性测定的结果表明,该提取物有诱导西瓜保护酶,如超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性提高,减轻西瓜枯萎病菌粗毒素对西瓜幼苗的毒害作用。提取物的乳油在浓度为0.05g/ml时对番茄叶霉的田间防治效果为70.98%,对西瓜枯萎病的田间防治效果为50.00%

With the development of the idea of enviroment acceptable pesticides,to discover anti-fungi active compounds or leading compounds from plants is an important way of development new pesticides.The former research discovered that extracts of the root of tagetes had higher anti-fungi activity.But there were not report about anti-fungi active chemical compounds in root of tagets,in order to find anti-fungi active compounds,the research were carried out and the results are as following.

1.The volatile oil of root of tagetes was extracted by steam distillation and was analyzed by GC-MC, ten chemical compounds were identified. The antifungal activities of the volatile oil were studied, the experiment adoption method of colonies diameter, the result of experiment shows that: there are  antifungal activity component in volatile oil of root of tagetes ,the result can offer reference for exploiting a new antiseptic.

2.Study on emulsion formulation of aether extract ,as a result screening out the following compoundings:the active ingredient is aether extracts(10%),solvent(80%) is ethanol,emulsification substance(10%) is Tween-80 or OP-10.

3. The results showed that aether extracts from root of tagetes had inhibiting effect on the mycelia growth of F.oxysporum, while it can induce the activity of protective enzymes such as superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) by mensurating the enzymic activity, and it made crude toxin of F.oxysporum having light effect on the watermelon.Control effect of extracts on Tomato Leaf Mold in the field was up to 70.98%, control effect of extracts on Watermelon Fusarium wilt in the field was up to 50.00%.
